Instructions on how to prepare an emergency diskette for the ePCI-200

The emergency disk must be created from Windows.

1. Copy the content of the zip file on a temporary folder
2. Insert a blank High Density Floppy Disk in the Floppy Drive
3. Run <<WINCRIS.EXE>> from the temporary folder
4. Select "Create Minidos crisis disk"

Instructions on how to update the ePCI-200 BIOS using the emergency disk

1. Insert the Emergency disk in the Floppy drive attached to the ePCI-200
2a. With a PS2 keyboard 
	Hold CTRL+E while powering up the board 
	The board should look directly on the Floppy drive (see activity LED)
2b. With a USB keyboard
	Connect a serial dongle into COMx (........specify connector...........)
	The board should look directly on the Floppy drive (see activity LED)
3. Wait until the Emergency process is complete, there won't be any display during the process
 	The board should reboot on it's own once completed
4. Remove the Emergency disk from the Floppy drive

Note: Use the serial dongle when a USB keyboard is used.
Serial dongle configuration:
        Pin 4 (DTR)      connected to Pin 8 (CTS) and Pin 9 (RI)
        Pin 7 (RTS)      connected to Pin 6 (DSR)
        Pin 3 (Data Out) connected to Pin 2 (Data In)
